Reminder that this SUNDAY is the Annual General Meeting - it takes place on the first Sunday of August. Get your membership up-todate NOW as only current members have meeting privileges. All members from last season will have been notified by email, or post if they have no valid email. Please contact Karen at secretary@swbc.co.nz if you have any queries.

This can be done online here, or at the club during opening hours up until Saturday night prior to AGM. If you wish to use the club facilities i.e. club and bar your membership must be renewed and current. it is due 1st July as the season runs from 1st July - 30th June annually.

Please don't put the staff or committee members (the committee is the licencee holder),in an awkward position of having to keep asking you, or even turning you away. It is breaking the rules of our Club Licence (as per The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012)

N.B. It is important that Associate Members are aware that they have limited privileges i.e. no voting rights, no committee rights. No right to bring guests. Use of club rooms / bar only - no boating facilities.
