HELP NEEDED PLEASE- We have planned to do some much needed maintenance on the Jetty this Saturday 23 Jan, 8am - 12pm - any help you can give us would be much appreciated.
The old bolts need to be replaced while tide is low.If you can help, handy tools to bring are spanner/socket sets for M12 and M16 bolts, cordless grinders/drills, spades, shovels, hammers and anything else you think might be useful.
We will be working in the mud so appropriate footwear and PPE gear (ear muffs, eye protection) is recommended also. Be prepared to get muddy and potentially wet!
If we get a good turnout, there are other jobs like weed-eating and club house washing and general repairs that also need doing.
Complimentary BBQ sausages and drinks will be supplied for the workers afterwards.
