Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 2pm Sunday 7th August 2022. Members please refer to your email or mail notification for further details or email the secretary at secretary@swbc.co.nz
Memberships were due for renewal by 30th June 2022, please note you must be a current financial member if you wish to attend or vote at the AGM. If you have not done so yet, you can complete the renewal online through the provided link Online renewal form | Stillwater Boating Club Inc or at the club during opening hours.
Nominations for Committee must be received by the Secretary before midnight Saturday 30th July 2022. These can be emailed to secretary@swbc.co.nz or you may hand these to the bar staff in a sealed envelope for collection.
As committee members step down we are always welcoming of members that wish to contribute and join us for a season or two to help and support our club.
